PLEASE NOTE PERSONALISE ME ITEMS CAN NOT BE RETURNED. 

To return a PSU product: Please fill in the returns slip included in your order and post it back to us.

If you have mislaid your returns slip please write a note to include

Your name and order no, what you are returning and if you would like a refund or exchange. 

What can be returned: Most of the children's items we sell can be returned. All returns must be in their original packaging including any hangers. Items to be returned must be in new condition. If there is any noticeable wear, the item(s) simply cannot be returned unless it is due to a fault in the manufacture.

What cannot be returned: No returns will be accepted after 30 days of receipt of purchase. Items that are not in their original packaging cannot be returned. Items with noticeable wear cannot be returned. Items must be in like new condition to be eligible for return. Personalised items and adult sized garments can not be returned so please make sure you have selected the correct size before putting into the cart.

Returns for refund: must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase.

Returns for exchange or store credit: must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase.

Returns for Faulty garments: that are made within 30 days of receipt of purchase will receive a replacement/refund.  Once this time has elapsed we will repair or replace your garment within a reasonable time.

Shipping charges for products returned: All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges unless it is due to a fault in the manufacture.
